Mango Coconut Green Smoothie

Seriously the best kitchen appliance EVER! Must have for living a green lifestyle, worth the investment. Still using mine after 7 years!

I wish I had a picture of this smoothie to share with you all, but alas, I drank it so fast, by the time I remembered to snap a pic, it was already gone!  That’s how satisfying this smoothie is.  This is a simple recipe that comes out bright green, creamy and deliciously refreshing.  I added a boost of Bromide Plus Powder which has nearly all of your needed minerals and a slew of other health benefits ranging from weight loss to breaking up mucous.  I don’t usually make creamy smoothies being that I don’t like to use yogurt (the soy yogurt here is just down right wrong), and am not the biggest fan of banana heavy smoothies.  Bananas are so overbearing sometimes in taste, I feel like when I add one or more bananas, the smoothie officially tastes like a banana smoothie with a hint of whatever other fruit I added.  So since they don’t like to share the taste bud spotlight I usually leave them out.  Well, enjoy this smoothie and if you try it and use your own eyeball measurements according to your pallet and preferences.

Ingredients:

It’s empty 🙂

Add the ingredients in your blender and blend away on high until your health potion turns into a beautiful, green and creamy smoothie just begging to be devoured in under 10 minutes!  This is a kid approved smoothie as well.  What child would turn down a sweet mango drink?  I think I went a little heavy handed on my agave since I was using frozen mangoes, but hey, I was feeling a little down and I needed the extra sweetness to lift my mood, and this hit the spot!  My vibrations are higher, sweeter and greener thanks to mother nature’s goodies as usual.
